I had an appointment with Blank Label and overall it was fine. The person helping me was friendly and took my measurements, so the basics were definitely covered. I did feel a bit rushed toward the end though, and a few of my questions didn’t get the clearest answers. For something that feels personal, like getting measured and figuring out what will actually work for you, I was hoping for a little more guidance. Booking was easy and the space was clean, so there were positives. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, just one that left me feeling like it could’ve been more thoughtful.

I ordered a shirt from Blank Label and it was mostly right, but the sleeves needed a small tweak. it was close enough that I could tell they almost nailed it the first time, which I guess is something.

The alteration process itself was painless. I sent over the details and they got back to me fairly quickly. It did take a little longer than I expected to actually get everything sorted, but not so long that I was seriously annoyed.

The fit is much better now, and I’d probably use them again. They clearly know what they’re doing once everything gets dialed in, even if the timing could’ve been communicated a bit better upfront.

I used the measuring thing on Blank Label and it was mostly straightforward. It kind of walks you through it step by step, which helped because I wasn’t totally sure what I was doing at first. I did go back and recheck a couple measurements since I wasn’t sure if I had the tape in the right spot, but it ended up being fine. A few parts probably could’ve used an example or picture or something, but overall it was a good experience.

The site was easy to use overall, but the checkout felt a little slow for me. I also wasn’t totally confident about the sizing while I was ordering. Not saying it’s a scam, but I did have that slight moment of hesitation before placing the order. In the end, everything went through fine.

The shirt fit mostly fine and the stitching looked clean, but one sleeve definitely felt a little off compared to the other. For the price, it wasn’t bad, but I expected the tailoring to be more even. Also, when I tried to ask about it, I kept getting transferred around, which was frustrating

I got my wedding suit here it turned out really well. The fit was spot on and it showed up on time, which is more than I can say for some places that make you feel like your deadline is somehow your problem.

The fabric feels really soft and has a decent weight to it, so it definitely doesn’t have that cheap feel. Overall I’m happy with it, but one of the shirts seemed to wrinkle quickly. Has anyone else had the same issue?

I went in for a fitting and the staff was nice enough, so no complaints there. But it took way longer than I expected, and I don’t have a ton of patience for sitting around. The shirt did turn out fine in the end, but it felt a little pricey for what it was.

I had a sizing issue with the shirt I ordered, so I emailed them about it. It took a little bit to hear back, but they got it sorted without making it a big hassle. good support overall, even if I was kinda annoyed at first lol.

I liked how simple it was to make it feel like mine. There are a bunch of custom options, it was so easy I started wondering if they secretly figured out exactly what people want ahead of time. Either way, I’m not complaining.

I got a shirt from Blank Label and yeah, it’s been really comfortable so far. The fit was kind of just right from the start, which I don’t always expect with dress shirts. The fabric is soft enough that I wore it all day at work and didn’t get that stiff, boxed-in feeling... if that makes sense. Shipping took a bit longer than I thought it would, but overall, comfort-wise, I’m happy with it. I’d give it 4 stars...

I’ve ordered from Blank Label a few times now, and I was disappointed. I kept hoping the fit would improve or feel a little more tailored after figuring out my size, but the shirts came in basically the same every time. No big surprises, I guess, but also not the improvement I was expecting. It made ordering online feel more frustrating than easy.

I ordered a shirt from Blank Label thinking it would arrive in about a week, but the delivery date kept changing with no clear explanation. After a few days of hearing nothing, I ended up emailing them myself just to get a basic update, which was frustrating.
The shirt eventually showed up, but by then it was too late for the event I bought it for. The quality was decent, but the whole shipping experience was stressful enough that I felt like I had to escalate the issue just to be taken seriously. I wouldn’t trust them again if I needed something by a certain date.

Support did end up fixing the issue, which I appreciate, but it took a while to get there. I also felt a little pressured during the process, like I needed to respond or decide quickly even though I was still trying to understand what was going on.

I had one quick question before ordering and their support got back to me fast. It’s not the cheapest option, but imo it was worth it, and I’d def order from them again.

The remake policy definitely helped, and the shirt fits better now, so I’m glad they offered that. Waiting all over again was kind of annoying though, and it took longer than I expected. Weirdly, I remember checking the tracking while eating a bowl of cereal at like 10 p.m., which pretty much sums up how impatient I was getting. Overall it worked out, just wasn’t the quickest fix.

At first I was actually happy with this shirt. It looked nice, fit well, and I thought I’d found a solid buy. But then after a few washes, the fabric started feeling thinner and one of the seams got a little loose. Like, okay, what happened? It’s still wearable, so I’m not totally mad about it, but for the price I really expected it to hold up better

Had a really good experience at Blank Label. I’m usually focused on fit and a few specific details, and the stylist picked up on that right away. He pointed out little things I probably would’ve overlooked, but didn’t make the whole process feel overwhelming. The shirt turned out super clean and fits way better than anything I’ve bought off the rack

The shirt fit me right on the first try, which was nice. No weird tight spots or anything like that. Something about it just felt easy to wear
